TechnoDecibel in partnership with a Voice Analysis Company brings to you an advanced and non-invasive investigation and security tool, to prevent fraud, Comprehensive CRM applications, psychological diagnostic tools and consumer products. The Technology employs a proprietary mathematical approach to detect various patterns and abnormalities in speech flow and classify them as stress, excitement, confusion, and other key emotional states that have been discovered to be highly connected with these emotions over the course of 24 years of research.

With the increasing usage of Artificial Intelligence in all aspects of our business, we recognised that we were surrounded by virtual agents such as chatbots and voice bots that were now powered by Conversational AI and on their way to attaining excellence in user’s sentiment analysis!
Brainstorming
We had been debating amongst us that While AI can categorize what we say into positive or negative boxes using speech to text modules and the user’s voice pitch/intonation, does it genuinely comprehend how we feel or the subtext beneath? Even as humans, we overlook cultural allusions, irony, and subtlety in language, all of which drastically affect the meaning and hence the feelings expressed. It’s sometimes the things we don’t say or leave out that reveal how we’re feeling. Many believe AI will never be clever enough to recognize this subtext.
Further, humans have a natural social and emotional intelligence; we react instinctively. We can readily perceive the emotions and moods of others around us, even if some of us are more intuitive than others. This basic intellect, which we have inherited and learnt eventually, instructs us how to act in specific situations. So, can a machine learn this automatic understanding?
Formation
Finally, our quench ended when we found a non-invasive, research based scientific technology for the previous 25 years, which was based on the vibrations of the words that come out of our mouth when we talk! Many of the technology's parameters are new to phonetics, and they focus on the human voice's uncontrolled and yet phonetically inexplicable qualities. We were ecstatic to bring this technology to the Indian market for the benefit of all verticals and their stakeholders, in order to assist them in making informed decisions... TechnoDecibel's beginnings.
TechnoDecibel launched a new initiative “SattvaManas” (sattvamanas.com) in 2024, where we began guiding and counselling school students through Psychometric Assessments and assisting them in making career decisions based on their interests, aptitude, and personality. We are about to release the voice analysis version (powered by generative AI) to strengthen the process. We further intend to target the enterprise vertical and assist them with recruitments, ongoing assessments and employee emotional well-being. This will allow enterprises to make more informed decisions; while also increasing productivity and engagement.
